Appalachian motif. Kitchen area has a 4-burner gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and everything needed to cook a great meal. There is an adjacent dining area.
The large living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, flat panel TV, gas fireplace, indoor log swing, and picture windows perfect to enjoy the sunset.
The downstairs bedroom with a queen bed has a folding door to close off the room.
Upstairs can be accessed using a log ladder, where you will find a loft with 2 full size beds. The trap door comes down over the ladder opening for privacy.

Josselyn's cabins was the perfect place for our family and the wedding party to stay for the weekend. The owner/manager went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It is the perfect set up for a large group get together. The cabins are far enough apart for privacy, but just a short walk to get to any of the cabins. The cabins are clean, well stocked and charmingly rustic. Each cabin has a fire pit, picnic table and wooden porch swings. The grounds are clean and well kept. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our dog too, and even let her out and took her for a walk during the wedding! The views from the area are stunning .

Located on a separate 2 acre parcel across the street from the main property. We would like to invite you all aboard our version of the Polar Express.
This cabin's decor combines a train station, Christmas, North Pole, and Northern Lights theme.
There are 3 bedrooms, with one queen bed, two full beds, plus a new queen sleeper in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a gas range, tiled bar style counter with metal bar stools.
Living room has a gas fireplace and 32 inch screen TV.
Large bathroom with tub-shower combination unit.

Rainbow North's decorations provide that North Pole feeling with Christmas items throughout.
This unit, along with Rainbow South, could be described as a duplex as under the same roof structure. However, the 2 units are divided by a 8’ walkway, each having their own porch, front entry, and fire pit.
There are two full size refrigerators located in the exterior walkway, one refrigerator labeled for Rainbow South to use and another refrigerator labeled for Rainbow North to use.
There is a queen size bed in the first bedroom.
The second bedroom has a full bed and 2 twin beds.
The living room has a futon. The living room features an electric fireplace.

This was our third year to visit Josselyn’s and each year has been a wonderful experience. This year, we are grateful to the owners for working so hard to provide a clean, calm, and safe setting during a global pandemic.
The cabin was spotless. The wifi was strong (which was so important for my kids to still be able to take their classes remotely). There was plenty of hot water.
I missed visiting with the owners this year, again due to the pandemic, but hopefully, next year will be better for everyone.
Check in and check out went smoothly. We so appreciated the opportunity to visit! Thank you for all that you do.

Guest Policies
There is a $150 Cabin Rental Authorization/Deposit required on all cabins; this is just a hold on your card and not an actual charge. The authorization will only be converted to a sale/charge if the staff has documented and confirmed the Guest Policies and Cabin Rules were not followed. We simply ask our guests to be courteous and respectful of the home and the surrounding area of the cabin they are renting.
To avoid being charged we have laid out some reasonable expectations which you agree to when making your reservation.
Basically, just “Carry in-Carry out”, so whatever you carry into the cabin you should carry out when you depart.
All garbage and unused food items accumulated during your stay needs to be removed from the cabin and/or taken to the dumpster located on the property. Do not leave garbage scattered inside and outside the cabin being rented.
We ask that you wash all kitchen items/dishes used during your stay.
